Ashlyn Paige Jumpponen (YOU-mp-onen) was actually born Ashley Paige McArthur, but after some unique life experiences, officially changed her name when she was 11-years-old. Now, she has decided to leave a legacy with her new name. Just like me, Ashlyn spent years bouncing around jobs that never brought her any happiness, only a paycheck, until she finally decided to follow her fitness passion. Currently, Ashlyn teaches Yoga Sculpt over Instagram Live, and let me tell you, it’s high intensity. Her goal is to help everyone attain the physical and mental fortitude that she has been able to achieve through high-intensity exercise!
