Brad Pitt is the Chief Administrative Officer at Riviera Utilities. In his role, he has spent a lot of time developing the leadership program to allow employees the opportunity to grow. Raised in a blue-collar, working-class family, Brad began his career as a construction laborer working at a local investor-owned utility and attended college later in life. Over a 39-year career, he believes that starting at the bottom and working hard to get to the top has been a huge contributing factor in his success.
