Last week I talked about the most common journaling struggles and what you can do about them – if you've not listened to that episode, I recommend you start there first, because this week I am sharing ​​various journaling techniques aimed at enhancing self-compassion, acceptance, and inspiration towards becoming your best self.

The timing of these episodes is quite ironic, as recently I have been facing some challenges and needed to acknowledge the feelings that I had been suppressing. During this rough patch I have been freestyle journaling about what's been coming up for me. This was such a good reminder that putting pen to paper really is a brilliant therapeutic outlet and tool for personal growth.
