Episode 20 - 20 guys!! We were absolutely delighted to welcome on this beautiful soul for a chat - The extremely inspirational Berni Taylor. Whilst losing over 4 stone to get healthier & at just 30 years of age, Berni discovered she had a rare form of Adrenal Cancer, and said one of the main reasons the tumour was discovered on a scan was due to the weight loss. During this time Berni was also diagnosed with Cushing's Syndrome - a condition where the body produces too much of the hormone Cortisol. But she will not let this stop her! An inspirational story of a tough journey but one Berni has used to change her life around - to give her motivation daily, mentally & physically, and in the process raising money for charity and helping others along the way.
