In today's episode I cover a story that shocked the world almost 20 years ago. Laci Peterson, a soon to be Mom went missing Dec.24 2002 and her remains took over a year to locate. Ultimately, her husband Scott was convicted of the murder of Laci and their soon to be son, Conner. He was sentenced to death by lethal injection in 2005.

Earlier this year a judge overturned that death sentence, and Scott is now working his way towards a new trial. This is part 1 of the case.
