My name is Miranda, and by the grace of God, I’ve been sober since April 16, 2019. My journey began in high school when I first tried heroin—a choice that led me down a dark path of addiction, loss, and brokenness. I lost everything that mattered—my peace, my relationships, and my sense of self.
But when I hit rock bottom, something incredible happened: I surrendered. That moment changed my life forever. Through faith, recovery, and hard work, I’ve rebuilt my life from the ashes. Today, I’m a devoted mom, a woman walking in freedom, and an advocate for others fighting to overcome addiction.
I share my story to give hope to anyone who feels too far gone. If I can come back from where I was, you can too.
