David and Justin are joined by surprise guest Cy Amundson to talk about the Minneapolis city council meeting (Acme's Future) all three attended on Monday, June 27th. David and Cy prove they're old friends with a hilarious strory involving a prank and the movie Top Gun. Has Cy REALLY never seen it?
