Emotional baggage can influence our decision-making process in various ways.Baggage can create fears and limiting beliefs that hold us back from pursuing our goals or taking risks. It can can lead to patterns of self-sabotage, where we unconsciously undermine our own success or well-being. Unresolved emotions from the past can be triggered in present situations, leading to heightened emotional reactions or irrational decision-making. Baggage can also affect our relationships, as unresolved issues from the past can influence how we interact with others. It can lead to patterns of unhealthy relationships, difficulty in trust, or fear of vulnerability.
