Many of us are struggling with self-love because we don’t know how to offer ourselves unconditional love.

We all have our individualized versions of what love is—what it means to be loved, how we receive it and feel loved—and how to offer ourselves love.

Unfortunately, many of us have learned a transactional way of receiving love—meaning in order to feel deserving of love, a transaction must take place. (Think of the little kid that learned to receive love and praise, they had to get the "A"). 

Learning how to recognize when you're offering yourself conditional love is imperative to shifting from a pattern of outsourcing your worth to cultivating unconditional and sustainable self-love.
