Welcome back to the Women_Konnected Podcast.

Episode 21 we were absolutely delighted to welcome such an amazing lady - the beautiful Reb Browne - also known as Rise with Reb. Reb works as a Body Confidence Coach, Life Coach & Motivational Speaker, and you can take our word for it, she is an absolute inspiration. We were honoured to have Reb share her story with us, from childhood sexual abuse, eating disorders from anorexia to binge eating, mental health struggles & from a wheelchair to walking, this woman has had a tough journey - BUT - she has most definitely turned this pain into positivity, has lost an incredible 50lb and counting & has turned her whole life around. Reb is now using her experiences and her platform to show the power of self love & acceptance & the importance of keeping on top of our mental & physical health.
