Jeff Buck sits down with comedian Yourgo Artsitas to talk about Hook's 10 Year Cheddar - a pasteurized cow's milk cheddar from Hook's Cheese Company in Mineral Point, Wisconsin. Jeff creates a cheese "Ten Year Challenge" as Yourgo compares the Hook's Young Cheddar (aged for 2 month) to the Hook's 10 Year Cheddar (aged for 10 years). Naturallly they joke about fake cheese themed video game played by cows wearing VR headsets. Jeff explains what and why there are two different types of crystals you mind in your cheese.
