In honor of Father's Day,  JK was joined by Lamont Ramsey, a Nashville Fire Chief and Founder of Ramsey's Reach which is a non profit organization based in Smyrna, Tn. The two tackled the topic "I'm Proud of My Two Sons". Lamont has done a great job raising his two sons. Both of his sons are excelling in their careers and more importantly being great fathers to their kids. Lamont shared his parenting tips on how to raise kids that are athletes and how to position them for success in their sport and more importantly in life.  Lamont also shared what has molded him into the Father and person he is today, along with the lessons he learned along the way as he raised his sons.
