National Bikini Athlete Virgina LeMarr is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach & NPC bikini posing coach .

We met at the 1st Vintage Strength Games in Virginia in the summer of 2019 when she made her debut to compete swinging the Adex mace.

She shares her story of discovering a chronic illness after suffering a concussion . The illness called POTS made exercise as she knew it to be almost impossible and then she discovered the mace.

Virginia also delves into her past eating disorder and how she emerged from it being stronger than ever.
