Michelle Parker is a licensed independent clinical social worker with over 19 years of experience, working with clients from all walks of life and helping them navigate through life's challenges. Michelle has a background in psychology and counseling, which allows her to provide a holistic approach to counseling. Michelle holds an independent license in three states. She offers supervision for LMSWs.

As a trauma-informed counselor, Michelle draws on her training as a Solution-Focused therapist to help you find the solutions that will work for you. She's excited to work with Generational Curse Breakers who want to create a better life for their families and themselves. Additionally, as a C-PTSD survivor, Michelle's lived experience helps her tailor her approach to your needs.

Michelle's interests include healing generational trauma, using spirituality to heal wounds, taming her inner critic through creative expression, and building peaceful, calming spaces for clarity and wellness.

Michelle currently lives near the Atlantic Ocean with her partner, Jared, and their three cats. She enjoys connecting with local friends, traveling to see friends and family, and spending time in her fabric art studio.
