So many of my clients who come to me with small children, and say “Cool Janelle, being the Part-Time CEO sounds great but- what do I do with my kids while I’m working?!” 

And I totally understand that question.  I myself also have small children- all of my kids are currently five and under, and so I tend to attract those mom's who have small kids and who want to be present for those sweet early years but also want to continue responding to their call to work outside of the home.

In this episode I dive deep into all of the childcare options, and use my experience as a working mom and educator to share how I’ve handled this over the years.
