Contrary to what we see on social nowadays, it's okay to feel negative emotions. It's okay to have negative thoughts from time to time. You are human, it's natural. I don't want you to ever dwell in it, but you must allow yourself to sit with your feelings, yes - even the hard ones. Growth can't happen if you are constantly dismissing or running from your emotions.
