In this episode we talk about creating habits that stick. How 75 hard helped Niki create some intentional habits, and taught her lots of lessons in the process. How anytime is a good time to start creating new habits. It does not have to be the beginning of a week or of a year. Don’t just wait until you get to the goal, celebrate all along the way. Building habits that stick takes time! But celebrate along the way.
2) Intentional challenges can help you create habits. Something like 75 hard allows you to track your progress and see yourself making changes. Being intentional with your time, teaches you to make promises to yourself and stick to them.
3) Top tips: 1 - Stack your Habits - do the new thing alongside something that is already a habit for you. 2. Track your habits - Use an app, or an old fashioned piece of paper.
