Srishti and I talk in detail about how a company that started out of her passion for dancing turned into a business. We talk about the events/incidents that pushed her to start HDF, her blockers for growth, learning curves, the stereotypes that she has encountered over the years. We also have a good laugh over the hilarious stories that she shares from her journey, and also discuss Srishti’s tips and tricks for a budding choreographer.

Finally, we talk about how the journey has been for her despite all the obstacles that she’s faced along the way.
