Master of Clinical Psychology (SWPS University, Warsaw) and Theology with a specialization in Spirituality (School of Theology in Chicago). She earned her Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) certification under the method’s creator, Gary Craig, in the United States. In 2006, she introduced EFT to Poland, initiating its development in the country.

Since 2007, she has been running a therapeutic practice, offering individual sessions and personal growth workshops. In her work, she employs EFT and the Inherence® Process – her proprietary method developed over eight years of research in expanded states of awareness. This process restores connection to the deep self, fostering harmony and higher states of consciousness. During her sessions and workshops, she teaches how to manage emotions, build healthy boundaries, enhance self-acceptance, and overcome limiting beliefs.

She specializes in cultivating the most important relationship in life – the relationship with one’s deep self. Her motto is: The relationship between the Inner Parent and Inner Child is the foundation of everything. Their unity is your state of happiness and harmony. Their fidelity is your unwavering self.

She is the author of the book “You Are the Dream of the Universe,” which helps readers discover the mechanisms governing their inner world and find balance between the Inner Child and the Inner Parent.

Her second book, “The Chameleon’s Game,” explores the hidden architecture of relationships with covert narcissists, exposing the emotional cycles that undermine self-trust and create confusion. It is both a revelation and a roadmap to reclaiming personal power.

Born and raised in Kraków, Poland, Katarzyna lived in the United States for over two decades before relocating to the East Coast of Africa by the Indian Ocean, where she continues to write, teach, and explore the inner architecture of human transformation.
