Antonio Gisbert joins the podcast as an interview guest.  Gisbert is the Chief Petitioner of Measure 118 - “Oregon Rebate”.  Oregon Measure 118 would raise taxes on big companies in Oregon that make over $25 million in sales. The extra money from these taxes would be given back to people who live in Oregon for at least 200 days. The idea is to help reduce poverty, but it's causing a big debate, with a lot of money being spent to fight it.
