On this episode of Move The District, I had the chance to chat with fitness industry expert, Alicia McKenzie!  Alicia has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.  The first 5 years of those were owning a Crossfit gym in Virginia, as well as being a competitive Crossfit athlete!  Alicia is now the founder of Lift Like A Mother and LLAM Amplify which are both online health and wellness programs designed to empower entire communities.  Alicia is also a fellow Lululemon ambassador.  I am excited for you all to hear from Alicia in this episode!
