For over 10 years, Karem has been practicing personal development alongside her mediation business. After being a Conflict Resolution Specialist for many years, she transitioned to Mind, Wealth, and Empowerment Coaching.

Karem, a certified consultant, looked at her own evolving experience. She is passionate about empowering woman ready to step into their next level as they transition from one career to their desired path or just creating a mindset of empowerment.

Among her greatest passion and love is her family. She is a mother of three beautiful young adults and has been wonderfully married to her high school sweetheart for twenty-four years.
