This episode we discuss the efforts of Sikkim Traffic Police to ease traffic snarls in Gangtok by trying out one way to town from Amdo Golai via DC Office, Sichey, PS Road. The trial did not work and in this discussion we have some ST staff giving their opinions on why it didn't work and what else could be done.
