This weeks guest is a friend of mine who has an interesting story, Shauna is a very brave human being who has made changes in her life to make herself happy, no matter how others feel about it. I have purposely not put too much detail here as there is a poem read at the start of the podcast, which I wrote about Shauna a few years ago, which explains who she is, from there we get into a great, open and honest conversation which i hope you enjoy as much as I did.
