Talk about being in the right place at the right time, we hard about this dude and had to get him on, Carlos David Bown, of Bown Media, he’s dude to much to list hear but a few notable ones are Beach Brawl on Pensacola Beach, worked with the CrossFit Games, for Rich Froning & Team CrossFit Mayhem, for Tim Kennedy & DARC Sport, for May Fraser & HWPO and not to mention his better half is Team USA Olympic Athlete, Mattie Rogers, and non of these accolades begin to describe how dope of a human being he is, he comes on and talks to us all about his journey from immigrating in a very pivotal point of his life to completely reinventing himself to where he is now, honestly one of the coolest stories and dudes we’ve had on the pod!
