The ladies discuss microagressions  placed among black woman in  the work place and personal. How tired they are about backhand comments as "you're pretty for a black girl" and "you don't even sound black".  Both ladies growing up in the suburbs had not realized some comments said to them in a young age would have such impact on their adults lives. Lets stop these now and move forward and do better!
