We've all been there. While #adulting does get easier over the years, transitioning into adulthood after college can be an extremely difficult time period. Post-grad depression/anxiety is too real.
Today, my general life mentor and best friend Andrew and I talk about how we handled our post-grad quarter-life crisis, and the lessons we've learned along the way.
