We talked about dyspareunia and vaginismus, what’s the difference and how people end up getting pain and discomfort during sex.  We talked about the role of a naturopathic doctor and a pelvic floor specialist to help with this condition. Some easy and actionable tips that you can do right now if you are having pain during intercourse or self-play.
