Through his website Sauna Times and the podcast SaunaTalk, he reaches hordes of sauna enthusiasts all around the world. But the biggest enthusiast is certainly himself. We met Glenn in a backyard sauna in London, and first had to decide: are we recording for his podcast or for ours?
