In this episode, I share with you a way of thinking about purpose contrary to what most say and do.
Finding your purpose or your "why" is such a daunting idea. And for those who aren't clear on this, reading about purpose or not "knowing" yours may create an illusionary void in your life.
The problem is, many of us are thinking about this as an intellectual exercise. But what if it isn't?
What if it is much simpler than that?
I have coached a number of ambitious leaders around the topic of "life purpose" those who now have successful conscious businesses, career transitions, all from the way of operating I share in this episode.
I also share my own personal story of creating a life true to who I am.
