Ever met a behavior analyst? If not, that's not surprising. There were very few of us in the world until a few years ago. If you have, though, it's likely you are familiar with early childhood intervention or ABA as it is usually referred to. However, a behavior analyst is not defined by the systems of services that we work in. Let's break down what a behavior analyst actually is and does and how I have worked within the known systems myself. There is more than one way to be a behavior analyst.
