Shell, the multinational energy company, is in a huge transitionary period between servicing drivers of cars with an internal combustion engine (ICE) as well as those buying new electric vehicles (eV). Each require an entirely different set of servicing needs. Drivers of each vehicle type will be assessing how they “fill up” or “top up” their ICE or eVs, respectively, and when and where they do so.
