James McGivern is a professional boxer with a record of 3-0. Prior to turning professional, he was a highly decorated amateur winning the Irish national championships 14 times and boxing in high-level competitions such as the European and Commonwealth games.

Now age 23, James shares what it's like to train and fight as a professional boxer and how the last few months of his amateur career almost made him quit boxing. We discuss things like mindset, training, his career, and some of the top fighters in the world today.
