In this episode we talk about what happens when we are in big emotion. How our inner child is triggered, and how we grow and heal through situations. They are all a gift for our growth! We touched on: 1) How our children can be mirrors and trigger something in us that we are ready to release
2) Talking though big emotions with a friend, when we are in them, can be a powerful way to grow, and process through them. Jenna and Niki do this often, and this is where Dandelion Dynamic was born
3) Having emotion, or outbursts with our children is a part of life, and part of both a parent’s and children’s learning. They are important. How we process through them teaches our children so much. And that we learn as well!
