We got together with the man in the middle of it all, Mark Lamb, director of the British Sauna Society, at Community Sauna Baths in Hackney Wick, London, the day after the BSS had successfully held its second ever Sauna Summit, to hear why sauna is booming in the UK, and what the sauna boom looks like.
