Freddo surprises Benji with a piece of artwork he's been working on all week, inspired from their recent plant medicine ceremony. The ripples of positivity still emanate from that magical night and they both reminisce on the changes they continue to feel since the profound, enlightening experience with psychedelics.

Freddo is grateful for recently discovering Audible, and recounts the knowledge he has consumed by listening to 9 audiobooks in less than two weeks, which provokes lots of interesting discussions about current affairs and what the future holds. 

We both exchange funny anecdotes about our mums, and how much they worry about us, even tho we have long flown the nest and are capable adults. 

Freddo tells the story of how he went from vaccine hesitant to getting vaccinated, which prompts some further discussion about the importance of being open to new ideas and the power of changing your mind. This also inevitably leads to further discussion of censorship, freedom of speech and personal choice, especially after we both listened to the amazing podcast with Yeonmi Park, a girl who escaped from North Korea with harrowing tales of what goes on behind the veil, a stark reminder of the darker side of humanity and the importance of resisting ideological conformity.
