Let's look at each rule ...
Rule 1: Set the example to be the example (Personal Use).

Moral: A visual is worth a thousand advice.
Rule 2: Perform duty to gain result (Work).
Quote: "The reward of one duty done is the power to fulfill another." --George Eliot (Mary Ann Evans)
Moral: The more one treats work as an opportunity, the more chances one has at success.
Rule 3: Lean in to be in (Listen).
Quote: "The weaker we feel, the harder we lean. And the harder we lean, the stronger we grow." --J.I. Packer
Moral: You'll never know what you don't know until you embrace leaning toward the unknown.
Rule 4: Increase knowledge to sharpen mind (Read).
Quote: "Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body." --Richard Steele
Moral: You become knowledgeable by reading daily, you become sharper by thinking about what you read daily, and you become stronger by implementing what you read daily.
Rule 5: Show up to blow up (Attend All Meetings).
Quote: "Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up." --Brene Brown
Moral: Show up the first time like you're meant to be there and your courage will be introduced to success.
Rule 6: Stay humble to remain thirsty (Be Teachable).
Quote: "Be willing to be a beginner every single morning." --Meister Eckhart
Moral: Success reveals its cup to the teachable, and the teachable are the only ones that remain thirsty enough to drink from its cup.
Rule 7: Accept liability to honor obligation (Be Accountable).
Quote: "Accountability breeds response -- ability." --Stephen Covey
Moral: Personal liability is a statement of personal promise to deliver on defined obligations.
Rule 8: Speak optimism to boost attraction
(Communicate with a Positive Mental Attitude).
Quote: "Who you are is speaking so loudly that I can't hear what you're saying." --Ralph Waldo Emerson
Moral: Speaking to hear yourself speak might boost your ego, but it will not leave them begging for more. A well-timed authentic and positive word can change the course of someone's day.
