It was an absolute honor to have Brett Luongo on the show! Brett and I grew up in the same town. We knew one another but mostly by acquaintance. It so strange how you can kinda know some one, see their life through social media, but not truly know the real story. In this episode I had the privilege to listen to Brett’s story of addiction, betrayal, and survival that eventually led to a massive transformation. In this episode Brett tells his version of the hero’s journey through his life’s story and experience. He’s now become a light house for others who’ve experienced their shadow side and are now willing to use the knowledge gained to change their lives. Brett is now an experienced climber and an ambassador for Low Gravity Climbing, a cliff jumper, and yoga practitioner. His ability to extract the lessons from his troubled past and turn them into vital lessons for the betterment of not only himself but others as well is next level.
