In this solo episode I share my experience in a cult community, what I saw, felt and learned. I'll speak to my fears of leaving and how I was shut out of the lives of many and the grief and withdrawals that I went through. I will share with you some signs to look out for and some ways to leave these communities if you find yourself in one. 

The cult communities today are more positive impact and transfomational, it can make it hurt & hard to discern. I hope this episode helps to empower & enlighten you!
