We discuss the energy crisis impacting Lebanon, along with the Iranian oil tanker and World Bank proposal both involving Syria.

Our conversation includes Laury's perspective on the Hof Line and more recent negotiations regarding off-shore reserves, expectations from next year's elections and the wider dilemma of Iran's military and security involvement in Lebanon.
