When you aren't the best of shape, you are likely to be sore after the first few days of officiating. Know your body and find the best way to recover from the soreness quickly. In this episode, I share a few techniques to speed the recovery process. In addition, we discuss how communication can affect a referee crew, the players/spectators, and, ultimately, the game.
