Charlie (Natasha Henstridge) has her own struggles--depression, insomnia--plus a yearning to spill her guts on her internet webpage. Trying to find solace from her nightly sleeplessness, she gets a new job at the hotel Park West 113--formerly the Sliver apartment building. She soon finds entertainment during her late night hours by keeping tabs on the hotel guests--one of which has been keeping tabs on her, too (Stephen Baldwin). They soon start exploring the hotel--and each other--but both of them have ulterior motives. Who wins in a game of lust and seduction? Charlie is soon ensnared in finding the answer.
