Who is Nicky Chin?
This week I go back to the icebreaker of icebreakers. 10 minutes of me… except make it 30 minutes.
The prompt is as simple as “Who are you?”, and then you cannot let silence hang for 10 minutes. It’s an activity I often used with newbies in university, and realized it’s a great tool to start exploring your story.
A good exercise to find your core principles, values, and maybe even a chance to be grateful. Be warned, you may also get absolutely nothing out of it. Only way to find out is try it yourself.
If you find this story interesting - check out ncjr.me to follow along.

18:48 → the first time getting terminated in my life in a software sales role
20:36 → the benefit and value of sharing your thoughts, ideas, experiences, and perspective
22:49 → walk towards the pain, where the idea stems from and why we all have it
23:47 → the embedded growth obligation… EGO - crazy we all have it and want to disband it
