John is an honors graduate in economics from the University of Toronto and a diplomate of the Executive Development Program at Queen's University. He is an accredited arbitrator well-versed in commercial law and contracts, a past Director of the Toronto Better Business Bureau, and a former volunteer Treasurer of a large charitable organization.
