Todays episode is me trusting that when I start the words will come. And some words came and I hope you got something good out of it. I talk about actions and values. The balance between doing and being and to not put your energy too much into doing so that you fool yourself that your value lies in what you do rather than what you are without doing anything. I also share my latest find on budgeting! Or rather how not to budget but how to spend money in line with your values instead of trying to cram everything in there and not really spending money in a way that makes you feel good.
