In episode 29 I'm joined by Nadja Chaieb, founder of Made for More, a Career Fulfilment Coach & People Management Consultant, as well as Mother of two.

Nadja cut her teeth in HR leadership positions for almost 2 decades with some of the biggest global brands including Ikea, Vodafone and H&M. She experienced great success but discovered that climbing the ladder wasn't the road to fulfilment that she desired. Instead she created her own Coaching and People Management company, Made for More.

Nadja believes we are all made for more and she works with ambitious professionals who want to make changes to progress in their careers, as well as companies who are looking to build more human-centric strategies.
