Choosing to make positive changes in your life can feel isolating, especially if your partner isn’t on board.  

As coaches, this is a situation we see play out all the time.  One person will commit to making changes, eating healthy, going to the gym, etc only to face opposition from a partner, friend, or co-worker who insists they “live a little”, by staying up late, drinking alcohol, eating poorly, and skipping workouts.

In this episode, we share our own experiences with this scenario as well as advice that helped us overcome and get on the same page.
