As kids, we all had this idea of what being an adult would be like. We couldn’t wait to say, “I’m an adult” and finally enjoy the freedoms we missed out on. Our parents would always say, “Just wait until you’re an adult,” and that stuck with us as we imagined all the fun. But now that we’re actually adults, we realize there’s so much we wish we’d known before jumping in.
