In episode three of KONTEXT, I am in conversation with Jefferson Chan, who is a post-graduate researcher in Architecture and Urban Design at The University of Cambridge. Through Jefferson’s lens, we look at Hong Kong New Towns in the ‘Post-Colonial’ Era.
