How do

we raise our daughters to have a greater sense of self, their worth, and a

confidence to set boundaries in their life?

Today, I speak with a mother of two girls, named Lucia.

I first met Lucia after the birth of her second daughter when I was honoured to

be her postpartum doula. The inner wisdom of Lucia in raising daughters, in a

world that works against them, is truly inspiring, and just listening to her passion

and commitment to mothering her girls in a conscious, and respectful, way,

fills my heart with hope, and motivates me to be ‘in the moment’ more with

myself and my children. I hope you enjoy it.
